The MSA Trust (experts in the degenerative brain disease now called Multiple System Atrophy) provided much needed information and support to us throughout Martins illness. Marie Curie, who specialise in end of life support, were invaluable in the last 3 weeks. We could not have coped at home, as per Martins wishes, without them.
